COMPACT DISC PACKAGED IN A PVC CLEAR SLEEVE WITH AQUA GREEN GEL AND A 4-PANEL INSERT.

Issued with a resealable hype sticker on rear flap. Originally available as a 1994 promo-only 12" and CD.

Disc has incorrect positions printed for tracks 5 and 6, as "B2" and "B3"
Track 4 has incorrect runtime printed on the disc and insert as "5:54"
Track 6 has incorrect credits printed on the disc and disc label as "(feat. [...] LA Superstar, Sunshine)"

From the insert: "We would like to say Thank you Dave for coming up with the name "Clear Lake Audiotorium" We love and miss you."
