The Parish News is a weekly experimental radio show & podcast that is aired internationally. Hosted by self-confessed radio geek, Andrew Backhouse, the show plays avant-garde and unusual music such as field recordings and noise.

Andy trawls the underbelly of the art world to bring you sounds you have not heard before. Working closely with the artists and labels, tracks are selected that are the most fitting with the current global trends and artistic direction. While the presenting style is pretty crap, the music is always spot on.
