This is the first/original release of this soundtrack; see below for the explanation.
Track 2 has a narration by Robin Williams, currently it is ARed as an 'other' vocal.
After the controversy surrounding the first tracks' lyrics in the soundtrack and the theatrical release of the movie, Disney changed the lyrics in the soundtrack, the following home video release, and in all subsequent rereleases.

The first track has the following lyrics:
"Where they cut off your ear / If they don't like your face / It's barbaric, but hey, it's home"
They were changed in all subsequent releases to:
